Please enclose your check payable to Daystar Writing Consultants and include a SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope) with the proper amount of postage for the return of your manuscript.

ALL SERVICES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. Also, all manuscripts must be typed double-spaced on 16 or 20-lb bond paper. No onion skin paper or handwritten submissions will be considered. Please include sufficient return postage.

Each manuscript will be carefully edited for grammar, spelling, punctuation, transitions, style, continuity, logic, format, and pace. Fiction manuscripts will be edited for characterization, plotting, dialogue, structure, unity, progression, proportion, and continuity. Suggestions for potential markets will also be made. Please allow three weeks for the return of your edited manuscript. Book manuscripts will require up to three months for evaluation.

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

Dr. Mary Ann Diorio has been a freelance writer and editor for almost 25 years. For 11 years, she served as editor-in-chief of The Lampstand, a Christian regional publication with worldwide circulation. Dr. Diorio's writing, both fiction and non-fiction, has appeared in hundreds of magazines, newspapers, and journals, including The Saturday Evening Post, The Atlantic City Press, Human Events, Pentecostal Evangel, and Billy Graham's Decision magazine. Her special love is writing fiction for children.

Dr. Diorio is a former syndicated columnist for the AMY Internet Syndicate and has taught writing and public speaking at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.
